AdLift Participates in Whisky Trails at the 8th Edition of iMedia Brand Summit in Jaipur

This three-day event revolved around the theme – ‘Thriving in The Age of Disruption’ and was an amazing concoction of networking opportunities and actionable insights.

AdLift’s CEO Prashant Puri was the first among the speakers in the panel to share valuable insights on ‘Marketing in the Era of Assistants’. He further went on to explain how brands are currently leveraging key technologies like virtual personal assistants, artificial intelligence, and voice search to create successful marketing strategies. Along with Prashant Puri, industry leaders including Manu Monga, VP & Head Digital – Axis bank, Ashish Tiwari, Head Digital & PR – HMC (Hero Motor Company), Jayraj Jadhav, Head Digital business & Marketing –TATA AIG and Tushar Dani, SVP Digital – Lodha Group also shared their vision and views on the future of marketing.

Out of all the events including speaking conventions, the highlight of the summit was Whisky Trails. AdLift roped in Nikhil Agarwal to moderate the event. As a trained and professional sommelier Nikhil Agarwal – CEO, All Things Nice has been in the wine and spirits business for over 19 years.

He won the Wine Australia scholarship and subsequently Wine Australia made him their A+ Wine Educator in India. He was one amongst five contenders short-listed by the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London (IWSC), for The Julian Brind Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Wine and Spirits Industry from contenders from 90 countries. The ultra-luxury BlackBook magazine has listed Nikhil Agarwal as one of their Top 100 – Indian Luxury’s Most Influential. As an exceptional thought leader and a major influencer, Nikhil was undoubtedly the best person to moderate the Whisky Trails event.

Whisky Trails was a 45-minute session that got more than 50 brands under one roof. All the whisky connoisseurs seated together to taste the best in the whisky industry. From the Scottish single malt whiskies like Glenlivet, Glenmorangie and Cragganmore to the famous Jack Daniels from Tennessee and more; Whisky Trails event witnessed a concoction of top-shelf liquors.

Brand representatives and agency marketers couldn’t help but appreciate the flawlessness of their host Nikhil Agarwal. He was quick to offer some great insights into every bottle that was on the tasting menu. Talking about notes, palette, origin and differences, the host kept the leaders engaged throughout the session.
